Misiones Zip code

Misiones is one of the 23 provinces of Argentina. It is in the northeastern corner of the country, in the Mesopotamia region, and it has a lot of land. There are Paraguay and Brazil to the northwest, and Argentina's Corrientes Province to the east and south. An early area where Roman Catholic missionaries worked for the Society of Jesus in what was then known as Paraguay began to be worked on in the early 17th century. It was in 1984 that the ruins of four mission sites in Argentina were made World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, which is the same group that makes the list.
