Neuquen is a province in Argentina. It is in the western part of the country, near the northern end of Patagonia, and it is in the west. Argentina to the north, Rio Negro Province to the east, and Chile to the west. That's not all: It also meets La Pampa Province at its northeastern corner. It was built in 1904, and it is the newest provincial capital city in the country.
